George is a Hospitality & Luxury Travel Expert, based in Asia for the last 15 years, global citizen and well travelled to all continents of the world. He has profound expertise in global Tourism & MICE industry, Leisure, VIP Luxury Travel Services and Quality Assurance Audits. With more than 20 years of Corporate, Leisure, Meetings & Incentives sales and account management experience in Europe, Middle East & Asia, he has been responsible for international projects as General Manager and Regional Director in Thailand, Switzerland, Myanmar, Egypt and the Maldives.

George was appointed Principal Advisor to Oriental Hospitality Solutions, a Chameleon Strategies Service, in 2018.

Gerrit Kruger

Gerrit Kruger has over 17 years of experience in marketing and customer relationship management in the services and hospitality industry. After gaining his bachelor in international management, marketing and tourism at the International University in Germany and the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, he started his career at the Singapore Tourism Board after which he gained experience through various marketing and business development roles in the hospitality industry before starting his company C&O to consult companies in Germany and Asia on Branding, Marketing and loyalty programmes.
He has been head of Branding and Loyalty Marketing for Dusit Hotels & Resorts as well as lead various other projects in the hospitality industry in Canada, Cambodia, China, Germany, Indonesia, Myanmar, Laos, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Justin Millerson

Head of Communications, General Manager of Flame.asia

For over 10 years, Justin has served as a strong media and communication professional in both Toronto and Bangkok respectively. Just months after earning an advanced diploma in journalism at the Humber Institute of Technology nearly eight years ago, Justin mobilized his skills and started his own community newspaper called ‘the Bloordale Times.’ The award-winning publication was revered by thousands living and working in West Toronto.
Following his journey as an editor-in-chief, Justin managed several successful fundraising campaigns for Toronto charity Ghana Medical Help (GMH). Namely and most recently, Justin helped lead GMH’s biggest public fundraising effort “Help GMH Save 4 Hospitals”.
Justin was appointed head of FLAME.Asia, a Chameleon Strategies venture, in July 2018.
